DO I NEED REGISTER IN IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE ?
Yes. To register online just click on the link "REGISTER" and fill in your details. This procedure is required only at the first purchase: on further visits, the Customer will have to enter only their e-mail address and password, and the profile will be recognized automatically by the system.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY PROFILE AFTER REGISTRATION ?
Yes. The Customer cam modify their own profile details (i.e. address, email address) at any time. All you need to do is click on the link ‘MY ACCOUNT’, make the changes and save them.
YESTERDAY I SAW AN ITEM ON THE WEBSITE BUT TODAY THE SAME ITEM IS NO LONGER SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE. IS IT STILL AVAILABLE ?
Most likely not. The item might still be on display despite being Sold Out; if this is the case, you are welcome to email us about it. If the item is not on display, it is no longer available.
WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ?
It is possible to pay via PayPal or credit card. No other methods of payment are accepted.
WHICH CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED ?
PAYPAL accepts all cards – Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. Prepaid cards are also accepted.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO KNOW THE DISPATCH TIME ?
Yes. Once the shipping is made, the customer will receive an email confirming shipment with the code provided by DHL which will allow them to track their shipment at any time.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO REJECT THE DELIVERY ?
Yes. If the customer believes that the delivered goods have been tampered with or not intact, they may refuse to sign the document of delivery. The goods will be returned to Cascella.org and the cost of returning the parcel will be paid by Cascella.org.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO EXCHANGE ITEMS BOUGHT ?
The customer who wishes to change the size, color or product, should initiate the return process, by sending an email to accounting.web@cascella.org and wait for instructions from CASCELLA costumer center. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received by the customer. The shipping costs will be free for the items purchased at list price, and at the expense of the customer for items purchased at a discounted price. CAN ANY ITEM BE RETURNED ?
We will not in any case accept returns of items such as underwear and swimwear. Return items must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way, and must necessarily be returned in the same condition as they were sent to the customer. The return will be accepted only with the corresponding tag attached to the item and perfectly intact. We will in no case accept returns with the cut tags, broken, disconnected.
IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE ?

IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE UPDATED INFORMATION ON PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND NEW ARRIVALS?
Yes. The customer can subscribe to Cascella newsletter and check out latest offers, promotions and special events.
